Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number if applicable.
3.Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

6. Lost Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
